Terms and Conditions:

1. You can avail of the support sessions only 3 times per month.

2. Each session is around 30 minutes long.

3. These are for fixes for your computer or laptop.

4. We focus only on software trouble shooting and consultations on hardware issues. You will still have to go to a repair shop if the problem found is hardware related.

5. Extensions will be billed at an hourly rate of P500/hour for subscribers in good standing and P1000 for trial users.

6. Only a Maximum of 4 sessions can be used per day.

7.  Sessions above 30 are forfeit.

*Trial period only cost P500 and provides 2 sessions. Promo lasts for 2 weeks before P1000 subscription kicks in.
