KallenLike Le Louche Reviving to become L2… my website now truly migrated to an Australian Host.

REVIVE!*song playing in background*

Fitting as my website is a .ME and I work for Australians. Revcorp.me migrated to DST in 2019… before the pandemic.

Hopefully, my family and I will be next…

Migrated but with Issues…

My site is generally not mobile friendly as it is from legacy code (grade school, highschool, onward!). So it needs to transform at least partly… to be better viewed on mobile. Psyching myself up to transforming parts of my website…

Okay. So what do we need to do? First,  Fix the Themes and SEO of this site. We recommend SEM RUSH. And I would like to give special thanks to Fiona at Digital Koalas for helping me on my SEO journey. Great Gal and great company she works in. 🙂 If you need a total revamp of your site, seek her out! You’ll thank me later for it.

We need a lot of new age tools to get us started fixing legacy code. WordPress has a lot of great Mobile themes but we need to customize more. So here is where great tools like Elementor are out there to help me convert the shop to be Mobile Friendly-er.lol And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. I don’t want this post to be to long so I’ll cut the article short soon but would like to share action items needed to fix the site.

My Action Items For Fixing My Migrated Site:

  1. Fix Theme to be Mobile Friendly (Find and choose a theme supported by my platform without breaking the original site…)
  2. Fix SEO and Analytics so people can see what I’m up to. Most of the site is not mobile friendly and well… I use that to deter outsiders. (Introverted Madness…)
  3. I know my theme is Anime related. Professional portfolios will be on other pages/sites… This is a dev/test/personal page so please cut me some slack! I will not modify some content… but maybe archive and move it around a bit…
  4. Update old code… and Merge parts of the site for better crawling…
  5. Improve security and try to messs with my site just for the fun of it.
  6. Update Analytics
  7. Add more content.

So that’s it. Might need to Migrate in the future but for now, having the site migrated to the new DST main server is making things so much easier for me. I hope my site is supported up till the day I’ll need to make a new one.

P.S. Parts of my website may have died in the process.... but well... life moves on.  o.o>
