Order a Custom Product

Service Terms:

This is a way to order custom products for reference purposes only.

Items should not weigh more than 2kg.

We reserve the right to refund your order if the item is not available or if it can’t be shipped to you safely.

As shipping your order to you may require more than one courier and/or special handling, service charges will cover for that.

Any amount in excess of the actual item price will be forfiet to us. If item is more expensive  than price range selected, we will request for additional payment unless its cost can be shouldered by the excess change of other items.

Please allow for 1-2 days for us to arrange for delivery of your items.

Cut-off time for orders are 12nn. Please expect your orders to be delivered after 2-3 business days.

Order will be completed in 2-5 day depending on availability of manpower and the store schedules.

Please provide your mobile number or FB messenger account name upon checkout so we can coordinate with you regarding your order.

No Frozen or Perrishable foods allowed (items that require refrigeration aren’t allowed)

Items that cannot be transported via Motorcycle are not allowed.

Please consider the courier when making your orders. If your order is heavier than 15kg, please expect two couriers to arrive or your order may be cancelled/refunded.

We can only process 30 items per day as I am a one Man operation and I have limited funds in capital. So Orders will be on a 1st come 1st serve basis and only while stock units last.
